Material Delivery
Following a site survey we will arrange for the screed material to be delivered to site on sealed pallets and dropped off outside the property ready for installation

AG Floor Solutions offer a range of cement based liquid screeding solutions for both new and existing floors.
We can install a variety of rapid drying self levelling compounds and renovation screeds quickly and to an unrivalled finish through the use of our state of the art MTEC M330 mixer pump.
The bagged products can be quickly mixed on site and pumped into place. Ideal for levelling existing uneven floors during a house renovation or as part of the installation process of a retrofit under floor heating system.
We can cover large areas in one day and the rapid setting products can be trafficked in as little as 4 hours avoiding delays on site.
Once poured there is no further preparation required to the screed and depending on the product and installation depth, floor coverings such as tiles can commence as soon as the next day. Ideal for tight deadlines.

The Screed Installation Process

Floor Preparation
Typically the day before screeding we will visit site to hoover and prime the floor and carry out any other preparation required to ensure the installation goes smoothly

Site Set Up
We will arrive and set up our machinery next to the pallets of material and run material hoses into the property. We will require access to an outside water tap and waste area (preferably a skip) for clean down

Screed Install
Once set up and ready to go we flow test the screed to ensure the correct consistency and then pump the mixed material into the property to the depth required.

Final Dapple
The freshly installed screed is finished with a dappling bar to help remove trapped air and provide a perfectly finished sub floor for your chosen floor coverings
